Winston Churchill stated – “What is our aim? I can answer in one word: VICTORY – victory at all costs, victory in spite of terror, victory however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there will be no survival” (21 Laws bk. p.181).
3 Components of Victory
- Unity of Vision – Victory is never achieved when working from different agendas.
- Diversity of Skills – Every team must have diversity of skills Every person has a contribution to make to the whole.
- A Leader dedicated to victory and raising others to their potential – great leaders help people reach their potential which is necessary for the team/organization to achieve victory.
