6. SHARE YOUR FEELINGS INSTEAD OF STUFFING THEM

7. SEEK ADVICE BEFORE MAKING MAJOR DECISIONS

8. SPACE RENEWAL BREAKS THROUGHOUT MY DAY

9. SERVE SOMEONE SUFFERING MORE THAN ME
